Difficult to get Customer Care support
I have purchased 91 cycle yesterday from Surana store, Pune, I have few queries but seems difficult to connect customer care, support no# doesn't response.
Overall cycle configuration seems good but disappointing that apart from frame, no warranty and no single free service.
Even not getting option to register my cycle on ninty one portal and for that I was seeking help.
