Who you are:

Passionate about design and have a knack for creative and innovative thinking when it comes to designing collateral across different digital platforms, such as Instagram, website or digital ads.

You enjoy the digital medium and are eager to be part of a team that is experimental, innovative and cutting-edge.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective graphic content
• Understand and execute the marketing brief given for the design
• Work in close collaboration with teams across the organization and develop creative content as per business needs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Social media background is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Have an existing portfolio of work

Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via email, phone call, and any other mandated channel
• Keep track of deadlines and ensure that customer's issues are resolved in time
• Work with different departments to find optimum solutions
• Improve customer experience and quality of service
• Be proactive in recording customer inquiries and feedback

Job Qualifications:

• Passion for helping customers and resolving issues faced by customers
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to speak well to customers
• Proficient in Hindi and English required, knowledge of any other Southern languages is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of customer care software such as Freshdesk preferred

Who you are:

Passionate about software development for e-commerce platforms to support our rapidly growing DTC business. As the frontend Developer, you will provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, and implementation of systems software; write technical documentation, and collaborate with other team members offering ideas and best practices.

You need to keep up with fast paced changes in terms of coding, newer technology, frameworks, security and maintenance.

Most importantly, this role is for someone who is hands-on, an idea-generator, passionate, loves problem-solving, quick learner and wants to have a major impact on our success.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize high-quality, mobile-first responsive web applications.
• Optimize graphics and page speed for enhanced user experience
• Check for brand consistency across the website
• Perform timely functional testing of core website elements
• Develop features to make websites mobile-friendly
• Create tools that enhance user interaction in any browser
• Implement on-site search engine optimization (SEO)
• Develop features to enhance the user's experience
• Build reusable code for future use

Job Qualifications:

• Have a degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Be proficient in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Understand server-side CSS.
• Understand the principles of SEO
• Have excellent skills in problem-solving
• Have good interpersonal skills
